WorldBuzz-Women.co was initially planned as a section of our original website, WorldBuzz.co – a site devoted to global health and culture.

But the richness and diversity – and sheer volume – of stories about the experiences of girls and women all around the  world demanded a stand-alone site.

Because this is a curated site, the articles published here reflect the ebb and flow – and biases – of what’s currently being published and discussed in the media.

Our goal is to feature the most interesting curated stories from around the web that explore the work, struggles, goals and achievements of girls and women living today in a complex global culture – and how these issues may affect overall health.

And most of all, we hope that these stories will help amplify the voices of these girls and women.
